We are not in-network with any insurance plan, Medicare, or Medi-cal. Suppose your insurance company reimburses your telemedicine visits. In that case, you can always download your appointment paperwork and submit it to your insurance for reimbursement. You can also pay using your HSA or FSA account, which many employers sponsor.

Our doctors charge $430 for an initial evaluation which is 50 minutes. Follow-up appointment costs are based on time. For a 30-minute follow-up, up to $250; for a 15-minute follow-up, $130. Once you become an established patient, our platform will require you to provide credit card payment information before you can schedule an appointment. We have a strict No-Show policy, and you will be charged the total cost of the appointment fee if you are a No-Show. If you are more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, you will be considered a No-Show and charged accordingly.

Yes. Due to the increased regulatory requirements, we do not prescribe any controlled medications required to treat conditions that require controlled medications, such as:
-Stimulants ( Vyvanse, Concerta, Ritalin, Adderall, among others).
– Medications to treat insomnia (often treated with controlled sleep medications like Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata, and others.)
-Benzodiazepines that can treat conditions such as anxiety (Xanax, Valium, Ativan, Klonopin, Serax, and others .)
If you do not need controlled medications, we offer non-controlled medications to treat those conditions.

Some conditions require a higher level of care and cannot be safely provided by us via telepsychiatry, such as:
– Actively having thoughts or urges to self-harm or attempt suicide
– Actively having thoughts or urges to harm someone else
– Eating disorders (anorexia, binging/purging)
– Alcohol or drug addiction/abuse
– Any other condition or set of symptoms deemed by our psychiatrists at any point to be severe enough to need a higher level of care.

We do not provide any legal evaluations/certifications, including but not limited to disability, FMLA, or school/work accommodations. We do not fill out any other type of forms.
